Hi! I have this configuratione on my site: joomla versione 3.9.28 php version 7.4.33 and SP Page Builder PRO 3.7.8 and shaper_helixultimate 1.1.4. What is the correct order of update? What is the first update? thanks!

I have two update to do: joomla ans sp pagebuilderpro and some extension. which one should I do first? Thanks.

Please first update your Joomla and then SPPB and extensions. But please make sure you have a fullsite backup before making any changes.

But remember that:

  1. SP Page Builder 3.8.10 - was the last version from v3 versions. And can be used only in Joomla 3 and Joomla 4.4.
  2. SP Page Builder 5.2.5 - is the most current version, and can be used in Joomla 4.4 and Joomla 5.0.x

Hi, Paul! Thanks for your response. But i don't understand a think.. why the system suggest me update joomla to 3.10.12 version e not to 5.0.x? Regards.
