it's quite late, in EU we have law about Accessibility for two years if I'm not mistaken, that's how much our countries have had to implement this law for government and educational sites. Of course, other websites are also affected to some extent. But we will not talk about law details here because every country has a slightly different approach.

1. If we talk about SPPB Pro 5.x, I am not sure if you read/checked component changelog, but in last two updates we addes some changes to improve accessibility, also new changes are comming soon. I'm on it, also if you have any additional/extra comments I'd be very happy and attentive to read them.

2. In Joomla 4 and Joomla 5 you have Accessibility toolbar for font-end, that helps a lot. But of course you can use UserWay wigdet instead of.

3. Remember to "sleep well", your site must not only get a good score in Online Accessibility Test tool, but must pass a positive audit from a real person(!) from the company who has a eyes disability (in most cases), then you are adequately protected from lawsuits.

4. Another thing, your site need extra page (documement) called "Accessibility Statement".

5. Site Accessibility is not a single action, must be checked regullary if you would manage that site. It's easy to "damage" some areas by wrong editor actions, like writing a new blog post.

6. You have "time" a new law will take effect in June 2025, Germany.
