Hello, I have the following problem. I'm currently trying to make my website responsive on all devices. I work my way from left to right, i.e. from tablet landscape to mobile. So far so good! I have almost adapted the slider, but I have a problem with the text content of the slider. If I change the font size in the slider in the tablet landscape view, then it changes at the same time in the desktop view, but this shouldn't be the case! Why is that? How can I change the text in the slider for the tablet landscape view without also changing the font in the desktop view?

Maybe I have generally structured the site incorrectly, so I would ask someone from Joomshaper to take a look at it.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Would you please let us know which slider addon are you using there? Can you share a screencast illustrating the whole thing? It will help us to understand the issue better.

Best Regards

There is TimeViewer. Why don't you connect to my PC to solve the problem more quickly? Constantly writing back and forth doesn't lead to a quick solution. I use the normal Slide Show addon

Hi,

You can upload your screenshot to any online server or your drive then share just the link here. You may consider any online free tool either, such as imgur, lightshot, etc.

Hi Sanja,

Please check the screencast. It is working just fine:

https://share.cleanshot.com/3vgGqh04

I have found, you tried to set font size from your JCE text editor instead of setting it from the typography of the respective SPPB editor. So I have removed that value: https://share.cleanshot.com/w1HpCxQK

Hello Rashida, I just put the site online to check on my phone whether the font sizes in the slider are now displayed the same as on the desktop. And it still seems so big. Do I have to do anything else?

Nothing has changed. The font is out of proportion on the mobile phone and other devices as it is on the desktop. Please look on the desktop. That's ok, in terms of ratio. But too big on the other devices

Hi,

Did you check my screencast video, please? I have just showed you how and where to specify the font size for the texts inside slideshow items. I have put random values there and kept the values for you to check. I have done that for the first slide item only. So that you can check and then change as per your need.

Hi,

You wanted to see it as centered, and now it is centered, so what do you want now, can you please describe? https://share.cleanshot.com/VWxcJ1vN And the initial issue of responsiveness has already been solved, I think.

And I want to clarify one thing: we do not have any intention to ignore our valuable customers at any time. But this is the workload that blocks us from clearing the notifications we have, and delays happen due to this. And if I am online but not responding, it's because I was on another forum post to look into. Notifications don't pop up here; I need to go manually to check the notification list.

I'm just trying to say, please don't misunderstand me. We apologize again for any inconvenience.

Best Regards

Dear Ms. Rashid, the text was centered the entire time. As an expert, you have to see that everything looks different on the desktop with all the font content than on successor devices. I send you pictures all the time

Dear Sanja,

So you want the text font proportion to be the same as desktop for all of your device sizes, right?

This is why I have shared the settings before in my screencast video. That way, you can set different font sizes for different viewports. It allows you to show them how you want. You can change it for the titles and the contents as well. I thought you would make further changes there. Sorry, I couldn't understand that you wanted me to adjust the proportion. I thought at first you wanted to check if there were responsive settings for slider item text size, so I have just shared that.

Sorry again for the miscommunication. I am going to login and look into your slideshow addon again. And I will try to see if I can set the text size proportion correctly for you.

Hi,

You are welcome.

It seems you are specifying custom position for the section below the slideshow. heights and widths are fixed in some places so the responsive things not working as expected.

It's 2:21 am now here. Though next two days are weekends here, I will check it tomorrow, please bear with me. And thanks for your patience.

Best Regards

Hi Rashida, I just looked. Unfortunately, it's still not how I wanted it to be. Please have a look at the pictures I sent you. Please take a look at the photo in the slider with the bearded man and the woman and compare it with the photo I sent you. It's not 1:1 Bestregards

Hello Rasida, I had set everything up. How do I get the bottom part of the posts in the middle, i.e. not the slider, but the content of the page. Would you recommend that I leave out the slider in the mobile view.
