I have a form I built using the Form Builder add on. It is not sending an email. I have read and followed the documentation and am using a server based email address with the domain. I have tested the email using the Joomla global configuration server setting and it says it delivers using Sendmail and that delivers.
I have also searched this forum and lots of people had issues with it not sending an email but Joomshaper never posts what actually fixed the problem and just says they fixed it, so those are zero help.
I have posted the URLs on the hidden content with admin.

I'm guessing this is the kind of support we get when paying a yearly subscription. No one has even bothered to respond of even look at the issue.

I binned it off and used Tassos Convert Forms, works out of the box.

Apology for the inconvenience. I have checked your site. It looks like your template has modifed some SP Page Builder addons. I have checked with a test page with protostar template as default. The form builder works fine. Please remove the addon overrides and then check your issue.
