J3 Helix 3 Layout Settings Button Doesn't Work

In Helix 3 using Joomla 3, in layout the settings button for each row doesn't work. Can you fix this?

HI Gary,

  1. Is this raw Helix3 or template based on it? If template what is full name.
  2. What Helix3 version you have? Is updated to last version, 3.0.5 ?
  3. Please check Layout Setting using different browser (!) - just on case, sometimes Chrome has moods.

I hope you know that offcial support of Joomla 3 ended last year.

Yes it is 3.0.5. I have already tried different browsers same issues. Also I have tried on another site to move to Joomla 4 but I ran into issues with your products installing into Joomla 4. Page Builder being one of them. It ran into some database table issue and wouldn't install. There was no articles how to fix it on your site, and the previous PageBuilder wouldn't work on Joomla 4 so I stopped updating my sites as all of them have PageBuilder.

  • SPPB 5.x can work inside both Joomla 4.4 and Joomla 5.0.
  • You forgot to share full template name!
