Will you guys always take 4 days to respond to forum requests? If this is the case it could take us quite some time to get an answer.
Your refund policy surely can't work in your favour. The first two items are already true.
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
- Completely non-functional.
- And you’ve opened a support ticket on our Helpdesk but you didn't get any response in 48h (business days only).
