Please install this backup and check your issue. There was a database conflict as I suspected.

Ok I have updated it and checked that it works.

Will you guys always take 4 days to respond to forum requests? If this is the case it could take us quite some time to get an answer.

Your refund policy surely can't work in your favour. The first two items are already true.

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

  • Completely non-functional.
  • And you’ve opened a support ticket on our Helpdesk but you didn't get any response in 48h (business days only).

Any update on this guys? It's a long time to be without a fully operational website. I have to say I could not recommend this software to anyone else.

I could not uninstall or install SP Page Builder on your site. There is an error shown. I have turned on debug for your site and checked the error. It does not look like related to our product. However, I would like to investigate it. Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

Sorry, due to weekend, I could not respond to you in last 2 days. But I want to help you. I am sorry for the time it is taking to solve.

I have taken the akeeba backup in ZIP format from your site. Your issue seems to be related to the database. I have asked the developer team to check the issue immediately. They will check and help you. Please allow some more time.

You are welcome 😊

I have a humble request. It would be very kind of you if you can manage some moment to give us feedback on

  1. Joomla Extension Directory
  2. TrustPilot

This will inspire us to improve.
