How To Enable Google Fonts In Frontend Editor

I have added the Google API key and Google fonts are available in the Helix backend template editor but not available in the frontend editor. Where can I turn them on in the frontend editor?

I read the docs about Font Book. Are the Google fonts only available in the backend now?
