When i try to create a image with Open AI , only error show up Error : Billing hard limit Reached
But Open AI credits are still full potential - paid account
In the Console i see a 400 Error Request URL: https://somedomain.com/myWebpage/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&task=ai_content.getAiGeneratedContent Request Method: POST Status Code: 400 Bad Request Remote Address: 127.0.0.1:443
Its operate from Localhost server, where i develop the page No firewall aktive other open APi tools work on localhost

there is possibility that OpenAI doesn't work on localhost. This technology was developed mostly to be used on online server. That's why it may not connect with external ChatGPT Server working on offline mode.
You can check on hosting on test subdomain to be sure.
