Language Switcher does Not Show Up

Hi,
For some reason the language switcher does not work properly on the barber template.
I have added it to the top2 as it was said here: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/how-to-create-a-multilingual-joomla-site-using-helix-ultimate
I have also managed to add it (top2) to the top bar, however when I only want to use flags, it does not work. If I let it to use the name, it shows only the name. I've been able to use this language switcher for many sites but here.
Could anyone help me out?

you forgot to make few basic steps, for example, plugin "System - Language Filter" was disabled , No English and HU Menu etc. Publishing a Language module is Insufficient, Joomla requires more steps!.
OK, I will set, but we are not here for that. This is typcial Joomla Task. And you have access to free guide(s).

thank you for your infos and quick help. It seems that I have missed those steps, however I've done this 3 times already, but it seems I was not paying attention well.
