Hello, My joomshaper is not working properly. There is some bug. If i make one small change and the moment i click save then the entire content gets erased. It is really frustrating. I tried clearing cache, changing the session timeout, check content method but none of this is working. It is really frustrating. I want to schedule a meeting with the support team as even after buying the Pro version the problem continues. I have paid for the service and hence i want to know a solution for this problem.
