Hello, I have a problem with the Accordion addon, when you open the tab, it immediately closes, I attach a link to the video with the problem: http://skrinshoter.ru/v/120421/Iv2sSzjC?a What do I need to do to keep the tabs open when I open the accordion?

Hi, This problem is caused by Extensions conflict - when one of installed and published modules (in most cases) use old Mootools files.

Make a simple test:

  1. Disable all extra modules on this page (subpage)
  2. Test again
  3. Change template to Protostar (make it default for 90sec)
  4. Test again

Then you should get the answer why it doesn't work.

Hi. If you use Helix, turn off compression of css js. Or add a file to exceptions.

Yes, indeed JS compression can be a reason as well. So for test period should be disabled.

But without site URL - it's hard to guess.

Any progress, you already got few tips.
