Unable To Install Any Further Extensions

SG

Template 3 weeks ago

Using restora template with sp page builder (subscription) installed with a quickstart package. Seems I cant install anything additional, no language, no JCE editor. Error for language shown is: Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Language lang_code. Error for JCE: Extension Install: Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension element.

Furthermore I just see, that I can't even save my license key! Error: danger Could not save data. Error: %s

Next: Dashboard shows "unknown extension". Clicking this, the following error cimes up: n error has occurred. 0 Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension   extension_id.

Also, the quickstart joomla version is 4.0.3. On the dashboard it sais "Joomla is up to date", which can't be true ... By clicking this, same error as above comes up.

Any idea what's going wrong here?

HI,

Make this basic steps:

  1. Download from joomla.org update package - named: Joomla_4.4.3-Stable-Update_Package.zip
  2. Unzip
  3. Upload all files to server where you have current QS - just override all (everything!) - if your cPanel > File Manager has option to upload zip and unzip - it will be even 10x faster.
  4. Then in Joomla Admin area > Maintenance > Database > Update Structure (mark all [x] first)

Well, seems that this solution didnt work. Downloaded the update package > unzip > uploaded to system > override all. Error 0 Class "Joomla\Plugin\Behaviour\Taggable\Extension\Taggable" not found

Cant login anymore

I asked you to override files using FTP, right!?

Ask hosting support to recover site from backup or delete all and install QS again.

right. I uploaded the extracted files via Filezilla, overriding all. I will delete everything and empty database, then install the QS again. Will report, if it works then,

Found the solution myself. Delete the following file: /administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php Joomla generates this file new and the page is up again.

The reason for this error is not clear. But finally solved.

Come on ... after installing everything new, updating from 4.0.3 to 4.4.3 and further to 4.4.4. I'm getting another error!

$amount: Expected 70% to be within 0 and 1.: templates/shaper_restora/scss/theme.scss on line 1637, at column 4 Call Stack: #0 import templates/shaper_restora/scss/theme.scss templates/shaper_restora/scss/master.scss on line 8 #1 import templates/shaper_restora/scss/master.scss (unknown file) on line 1

Whats wrong with this QS package???

You have admin/FTP/MySQL access data already, get this thing running please!

Go to template options > Advanced > SCSS (Compile SCSS to CSS) - turn ON or OFF (oposite as you have now) > Save settings

If that will not help, I have other idea

That's it, error is gone. Thanks.

Just another question: At the moment, one additinal color in this template is kind of gold (A78963). I found this color in alot of files and classes, as well in bootstrap, partly defined even as RGB. It there a simple way to change this all over the template with one custom css? Or do I have to go through all css files searching for this color and replace it?
