I have server and have many accounts and all of them same configuration and all works , just this one !!

yes I did and I got this message : The email was sent to [email protected] using PHP Mail. You should check that you've received the test email. but I didnt get the message .

as I said I have the same configuration for many websites and its working, why this one not working?

What I have to do in this case??
