Customer does Not Receive A Payment Confirmation Or Order Confirmation

We have problems with the e-mail dispatch as soon as the customer has purchased an item via Paypal. Here the payment works without any problems. The customer also comes back to our store, but the customer does not receive a payment confirmation or order confirmation. The order is open and unpaid. Just to let you know that the test emails have gone out and are being received.

The payments made through PayPal, where the payment status is still showing as pending, then the status of those payments needs to be checked in the PayPal merchant account as well. If the payment is also pending in the PayPal merchant account, then it is a PayPal issue. If the payment status is complete in the merchant account but the status is pending in the Easystore system, then it is an issue of Easystore
