SP Page Builder 1 year ago

We have recently purchased the SP page builder pro version 5.3.0 and seen some very strange things while I was editing my work on the sp page. It is showing some old disabled data of a page when next edited and then saving that overwriting changes are not displaying in the page. And later it is showing some old added content and not the updated one. It is very high in priority as it is disturbance while we are upgrage the content over the sp-page. Please let us know what we can do as soon as possible.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Maybe you have some override addon inside the template directory. If you confirm then we can decide what you have to do. If yes, You can check this issue via template switching. Otherwise, Can you share a screencast video about the full scenario?

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Please check now and let me know. I just added this code inside the .htaccess file.

# DISABLE CACHING
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Cache-Control "no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate"
Header set Pragma "no-cache"
Header set Expires 0
</IfModule>

Could you kindly grant me access to your Joomla administrator area so that I can investigate the issue you're experiencing? Prior to providing access, please ensure that you have backed up your site. Additionally, it's important to note that providing login credentials is entirely voluntary on your part; we respect your decision either way. However, if you do choose to share the login details, it would greatly expedite the resolution process. Thank you for your cooperation.
