Cache Issue On Sp Page Builder

I'm encountering an issue with the caching system. Whenever I update existing content, the changes appear correctly on the first load. However, after refreshing the page, the content reverts back to the old cached version.

It seems like the cache is not being invalidated or refreshed properly after content updates.

Could you advise on how to resolve this issue or what configurations I should check?

Hi Mimi,

  • About the Joomla cache - from RegularLabs website download, install and enable CacheCleaner extension, check settings. Free version should be sufficient.

  • About the Browser cache - there are addons for that too, but in most cases, just use Incognito Mode if you are not sure.

  • About Server cache - talk with Hosting Support or check documenation of Panel.

  • About SPPB itself, if you enabled Production Mode in SPPB Settings, there is also Clear button, use it after big changes in addon styles.

Hello Paul Frankowski,

Thanks for the reply. All the updates were saved in the database but for some reason, not displaying on the front-end.

Can you assure that it's not related to this issue : https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/26756

We are using version 5.7 since version 6 is not compatible with our PHP version

Thanks,

You can use the same .htaccess rule as well.

Just follow my tips. And always check your site front-end using Incognito Mode to be sure that it's not a browser cache, okay!!
