As per the link you have provided and checking what I have allready set,

• PHP version is 8.2
• max_execution_time = 600

installation\sql\mysql\joomla.sql -> No joomla.sql in your quickinstall files installation\sql\mysql\sample_data.sql\ -> no sample_data.sql in your quickinstall files

So nothing to be changed my end, so issue still present with missing file.

Is it showing on installation last page? If yes, then try one thing when it comes then Refresh your browser. It should work then.

Hi,

Yes, it is showing on thelast installation page after I enter all the database information.

When I refresh the browser it goes back to the initial setup page and I have to go through the setup again.

Every time I get the below error,

Hi,

I have tried three seperrate browser, Firefox, Chrome & Internet explorer, they all throw the same error. I tried lowering the PHP version down until it said it needed a higher version. I went from 8.2 to 5.6.

I have installed thequicklaunch crafty template and get the same error,

Error Table 'jaden713_aromance.eac2l_easystore_media' doesn't exist

Looking at the tables they are all bakf6q77 There is also no easystore_media in thisemplate as well

My database name is jaden713_aromance

I am now sitting on version 8.0 for PHp and still get no luck

I installed the Allura template only with no problems, but I do not know how to set it up to look like your template demo, the documentation does not fully explain how to.

I am also using a shared server. I am trying to install the quick installal package. i tried on another store template and got the same error!

Just thinking... Am I suposed to have easystore already installed before I install the quick install package?

OK, I have tried a third template and still get the '_easystore_media' doesn't exist error message.

I have reinstalled the quickstart file five times, I have also tried three other quickstart templates with the same media file missing in the database. I have followed your install requirements and they are set up the same now with my host.

Each time I cleanout the folder and only leave the 'bin' folder in the directory each time that my cPanel set up.

I can intall the Allura template but do not know how to set it all up. It is only the quickstart templates that seem to have issues.

Always end up with the '_easystore_media' doesn't exist error message.

I have installed your 'Doctor' quickstart template on the same hosting service with no issues, it only seems to be the ecommerse templates.
