I'd like to create a page builder. I readed your documentation here: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/form-builder

The below form is sending the message correctly, so I my server is corrected configured.
The above message cannot send the message. A registered user should send this form, so I know his name, mail, etc. But I need him to send some extra information for the invoice. Hence I need the form only with the message and send button.
I'd like to edit the Email Body with my own message in a paragraph and to send the message that user wrote as well.
Is it OK that I deleted the first name, last name. subject etc?
I cannot recived message for the above form, where could be the problem?

Did you removed unused field names from your form settings? At least email field should be there I think.
Kindly share your admin access to check the issue for you.

Accepted AnswerYes I removed them. I'll re add some things and I'll make some tests.
In any case I'm not reciving a confirmation message! For example when i click send I cannot see the success message "Form Submit Success Message". I changed it as well but I'm not sure that this is the problem.

Please when you have time check it.
