I am getting 413 status code when trying to save on backend editor. Works fine on frontend but my client uses the backend editor Using shopin template

Thanks for contacting us. The 413 error, "Request Entity Too Large", occurs when a client's request is larger than the server's file size limit. This can happen when trying to upload a file that is too large. Could you please communicate with your hosting provider? The issue maybe resolved by the hosting company, via an edit to mod security. Easystore still has some missing key features for b2b business and marketing Once these are done I will make sure to give the most positive feedback possible In the meantime I am giving the feedback for page builder
