Hi
Thanks for contacting us. The 413 error, "Request Entity Too Large", occurs when a client's request is larger than the server's file size limit. This can happen when trying to upload a file that is too large. Could you please communicate with your hosting provider? The issue maybe resolved by the hosting company, via an edit to mod security. Easystore still has some missing key features for b2b business and marketing
