Images do Not Upload In "Blog Media"

I'm using Helix Ultimate (2.1.1) with SP Page Builder Pro (5.3.2) on Joomla 5. I want to create a blog article and add image with blog medias. When I click on "Upload Image", select the image, nothing seems working. But the image is uploaded (verified with putty). How to solve ? Second question, do I need to create images in different sizes for introduction picture and picture for the full text ?

I have the same problem on different sites. Joomla, Helix and SP Pagebuilder are up to date but no image will be load. I also did the documentation, but it didn't help. The setting is PHP 8.2.
Do you have any other ideas? This is urgently needed.
