Images Issue. Travus Template

Hello Again,
I still have an issue with the correct displaying of the images in Travus component SP Booking, Packages. Image gallery is suppose to display 1920x990 pixel but instead it is showing a smaller resolution with all the image. Not showing like the Travus Demo, Package image gallery.
I tried uploading only one image in the gallery with the same pixel size 1920x990 but when displayed, it split the image into 3 parts with one blank image on the middle.
Appreciate any help.

Even if I populate the gallery with pictures, there is always a gray space. Also, in Travus Demo, the gallery image is panoramic but in the Travus Template, the image size is compact or smaller.
