Hi, I have multiple sites for 1 cleint where all the contact details on the multiple sites goto 1 email account which causes problems when someone is enquiring as my client does not know where the contact enquiry came from....

Is there anyway that in the forms backgroud where we can set default test so when an enquiry comes through it would show something like this: SITE#1: - entry details SITE#4: - has my order been recieved

etc etc
