I have downloaded the Delacroy quickstart, using it with XAMPP and PHP 8.2

The quickstart package saif 'Install process failed', I'm used to this by now I've reported it so many times. Deleting the install folder and refreshing the page works most times.

Now the error I see on my home page is below.

Failed opening required 'C:\xampp\htdocs\thc\components\com_sppagebuilder\parser./../helpers/helper.php' (include_path='C:\xampp\php\PEAR')

This is in the Apache error logs;

Can someone advise. Site is localhost.
