I cannot get the contact form to send an email to the site owner (my email for the setup time). The contact form will send an email to the person who filled the from out. I have an email in the Recipient Email and From Email (same email address in both fields).

i don't understand. i thought the idea of the 'contact' form was for the end user to fill it out and hit submit, it is then submitted to an email address?
this is what it is not doing.

I have checked your site on my local host and no problem was found. You need to deep investigate your server.
