Menu Dropdown Not Working

Hi. I am using the Soccer Quick Start Template. I am having some issues with the Drop Down menu. I have tested the dropdown menu:
- If the Menu heading(Parent Item) is an active link, I can't click on the drop down menus as it disappears when I hover over the menu to view the sub menus
- If the Menu heading(Parent item) is only a Menu heading with no link, then I can click on the drop down menu items.

The issue is not on my mobile, it's on my computer.
If you visit the website, you will see the Home Menu Dropdown and the Sponsorships Dropdown menu are giving the issues, where the Main Menu Item is an active link. When I hover on the menu item to show the drop down menu, and I go down to click on one of the dropdown items, the dropdown menu closes before I can click on any of the items.
The Disciplines menu is not an active menu item, it's a Header, and the dropdown menu works perfectly.
