Video Display On Headers

Hi, I am using Themis for my client. Works beautifully. However the problem is that when I use a video as a background for a header section, the video doesn't load on a tablet and mobile.

The background video loads only after it is scrolled. It works perfectly on desktops and laptops. Here's the link https://www.blackwinterprojects.com/

Please help as the customers love the whole concept but is annoyed that it doesn't work on mobiles and tablets.

Hello Kirti

Autoplaying video is discouraged by mobile browsers and it is not practical too. You can check Chrome's Autoplay Policy for example.

Thanks for the quick response. But it says "Muted autoplay is always allowed."

The video used is without sound. So, it should play right?

Apology for the delay. For mobile, you will need user action to start the slideshow. You may try a slideshow in Raw HTML addon if you want.
