Slideshow Text Background Area Color

Hello, I would like to add a semi-transparent background to the slideshow to make the text and title easier to read, as in this example, but unfortunately I haven't found anything that could help me.

Accepted AnswerI found the following, unfortunately the background is too big on the right where there is no text anymore, how could I shorten this?
