Package Upgrade Problem

Hi!

I just used the Upgrade button of my Page Builder Pro (Active Plan) and select a new plan (Templates & PageBuilder - Personal), The transaction is paid and I cannot download the template I want to install on a new website.

The order reference is : JOOMSHAPERSTORE240805-2550-17127

Can someone help me with this problem.
