Thank you for your input. After spending 2 hours on the telephone with my web provider, updating & uploading the SSL certificate the problem still remains!! The web hosting provider cannot see any other issues from their end.

Sorry, i don't have access to another hosting server.

My currenty hosting server is hosting already a number of joomla website which are all using templates from you guys. The problem was there before; without SSL, and is still there with SSL certificate.

Maybe there is a more practical accessable solution?

Is it possible that there is no Akeeba Backup file? I think the quickstart package doesn't come with akeeba backup??

I cannot install akeeba because the back is restricted and all changes cannot be save.
