Problem Export Page Sp Page Builder

Hello, I try to export my homepage in SP Page builder, but I still have a message error, can you help me please:

Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have this error on all page I try to export...

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. At first, try to understand the 403 means. It means your server used HTTPS and the HTTPS/SSL certificate blocked the resource of the page builder. You need to contact your hosting provider.

Hello there,

Do you have Akeeba Pro tool installed?

If yes, please go to Admin Tools: Web Application Firewall > Configure WAF > Cloaking and set "Allow site templates" to "Yes" - then it will be fixed!

You can download the Akeeba file from here and can install it in your administrator.

It would be great if you go through this blog first. It has complete tutorial on how to do that.
