Menu Issue, Side Menu Dissappears On Mobile Device?

I have a project where the client would like to keep the menu on the left hand side at all times, i checked this was available on your live chat and was directed to the Newsberg template which seemed fine. The client wants this to be the only menu so i've disabled the top menu but when the site is viewed on a mobile device the side menu dissappears leaving the site with no navigation available, is there a way to resolve this?

In mobile devices, Megamenu works from the Main menu assigned on your website.
Have you assigned the side menu as your main menu? However, please share your website URL with us so that we can check the issue at our end.

About the videocast you shared, the changes were gone after a while, is that it you want to say? If yes, please save every single changes you make before proceeding to the next one. I know, it's kind of a hassle, but we have to go through the site before giving you any better solution than that.
