Hello,

I am updating the website from Joomla! 3 on Joomla! 5 on the OneClip template. I don't know why the logo is showing in small format on the updated site. Can you advise me.

Sorry, there was a mistake in the Custom CSS. I have provided the correct CSS here:

#sp-header .logo .sp-scroll-logo,
.menu-fixed .logo .sp-default-logo,
.menu-fixed-out .logo .sp-scroll-logo{
    display: none !important;
}
#sp-header.menu-fixed .logo .sp-scroll-logo{
    display: block !important;
}

Hello,

there is some problem with logging in, because I see in Joomla that no one has logged in from support to the website yet.

I don't understand why there is a problem with the logo. This is not the first time that when converting a template from Joomla! 3 on Joomla! 5 is a problem. I don't have any specialties set on the template and the logo doesn't display properly.

I have removed Retina Logo and Retina Scroll Logo. Then used this CSS

.menu-fixed-out .logo .sp-scroll-logo{
    display: none !important;
}
.menu-fixed .logo .sp-default-logo{
    display: none !important;
}
.menu-fixed .logo .sp-scroll-logo{
    display: block !important;
}

Please check your site now.

Hello,

on the original website, there is an image of the logo and slogan on a single line, see picture:

on the updated website, the logo image is shifted. Only when scrolling, the logo image is set to the same line, see picture:

Hello,

I see where the problem is, when the page is loaded, the logo is also displayed in black and that should not be displayed.

see picture:

You are welcome 😊

I have a humble request. It would be very kind of you if you can manage some moment to give us feedback on

  1. Joomla Extension Directory
  2. TrustPilot

This will inspire us to improve.
