Look at the two links I sent you in the hidden part. In the administrator area, we can clearly see the images, but in the public part of the site, some images disappear, sometimes several days later.

I don't think it's a cache problem. I think it's a Helix malfunction. Thanks

Well, I have checked already as you can see I have added one extra image there also. Did you tried to rename your problematic image names, then re-upload them, as I requested in my first reply?

Moreover, from when are you facing this? Can you remember if there was any specific changes you made that time?

The goal is that we both must understand te same thing to solve the problem. Watch the document attached in the hiddend content.

So, can you see in the administrator zone the pictures that I've published in this article.... including yours... (1)

...and the same article in the Frontend. The picture has disappeared !!!!? (2 & 3).

I absolutely want to know the cause of this problem because I can't deliver a website to my clients who wouldn't understand this bug.

I suggest that the problem comes from Helix, because it not exist when I publish pictures from de jooma editor.
