Your person addon issue has been solved. Please check and let me know.

However, I can see you have upgrded to Joomla 5 and PHP 8.3, but the Spectrum template is not compatible with Joomla 5 and PHP 8.3 yet, officially.

Moreover, you have kept Helix Ultimate and Helix3 both framework at the same time in your this site, which is not recommended as these frameworks are different in many areas, thus may result conflicts. So recommendation is keep only one framework and relevant templates based on the single framework, then remove the other framework and it's templates completely, even the system plugin also.

I'm eagerly waiting for the Spectrum update for Joomla 5. I tried updating on the copy website because it’s quite frustrating when the system keeps prompting you to update. That’s why I gave it a try.

Can you tell me which files I need to transfer so that it works on the live page as well? Thank you so much!

if I delete the site.php than I see all Persons but there is an CSS that schouldn't be:

Becuase you used html, and not only e-mail as should be in current version of Person addon.

Must be only raw email, nothing more :]

That's all. Please correct in all addons.

Bonus advice, to protect those e-mails from Spammers. Install (Free/Pro version) Email Protector (RegularLabs).
