Portfolio Item Not Showing

Hi on this site - https://www.hellolincoln.co.uk/index.php
If you click the 'Community' button on the home page only 3 items show - bvut there are 4 in the category and if you use the menu at the top of the website this shows all 4.
How do I correct this setting please?

If you click any of the blue buttons on the home page only 3 or 4 items show - but there are many more in each category and if you use the menu at the top of the website this shows all items.

The client only wants 20 items on the homepage. But when you click the buttons it should show all in that category, which it does not.
