Form Builder Hacked

We are using SP Page Builder for a site and it looks like one of forms is hacked.

We are using Form Builder to create a contact us form on the home page and some how it is being edited before the email is being sent. We then get a bunch of emails relayed through our SMTP gmail account. W echanged all the passwords and added a captcha but this is still happening when ever re-enable the form. We tried deleting and recreating it and it still happens.

Hello Scott

Please delete the form and create it again. Always use a captcha on the form. Make sure that you are using latest version of SP Page Builder.

We did that and it still happened as soon as we added the form again.

I think you need to talk to your hosting provider then.

WHat does this have to do with hosting? It only happens when we re-add that form, even with a captcha. If we add the contact form with a captcha we don't have any issues.
