TypeError: Cannot Read Properties Of Undefined (reading 'call')

I lost access to pages, in building page pro. I purchased a license, previously the page was built by my service provider, after the purchase I changed my data and lost access.
Where else should I change something? on my profile I added the domain on which I am setting up the page. how can I diagnose the problem?
