Going back to php 7.4 is of course bad. Nobody wants that anymore! I went back to 8.0.30. then i was able to update joomla from 4.0.3. to 4.0.4. Also sp page builder from 5.3.2 to 5.4.0. PHP from 8.0.30 to 8.1.30 > 8.2.24. Then Joomla to 4.4.8. Cannot update sp page builder from 5.3.2 to 5.4.0! The frontend is only partially loaded!! I have the paid Pro version that is still valid.

By the way, the photos as shown on the demo site are also not present. gray areas with the dimensions for this.

It is a shame that this is happening this way and that nothing has been done about it in recent years. Just look back at old comments in the forum. If you now buy a new template suitable for J4, you can assume that it will work with the current configurations (and certainly not with PHP 7.x!!). I still had an old template purchase that was 2 years old. I can use that too. Nothing, absolutely nothing has changed about this. Nice stories to sell. No any development in this. All in all, not a real solution, just scrubbing away old items.

And what about Joomla 5...??? . I want my money back for this recent purchase.

Aren't really the answers to my questions above. 1-Shame that I have to go back to php 7.X or too old php versions. While I bought the latest version. > No response to. 2-I told that I cannot update to sp page builder 5.4 > What to do. No answer! 3-Bought a new license for nothing. Would like a refund and cancel my latest purchase license > No answer.

So, not. The template is from 2021 (!), version 2.0.0. Nothing changed anymore till now.

The minimum requirements underneath. you will see that 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 are represented! And you also know that PHP 8.0 is already outdated and should no longer be used. 1. Yes, the manual installation over the old version. Sometimes server connection can be interrupted. If you remove the email and license key from the settings of SPPB> save>clear caches, then re-enter them> save> clear caches, the issue might be solved for the next time.

2. As I said earlier about the Floox template compatibility issue with PHP 8. Yes, SP Page builder is fully compatible with PHP 8.x but not floox. So I have suggested that.

2. Is not the Floox, it's the Salon template.

But i buy a new license for newest Salon, because Joomshaper told me. I do have a old license. But the Salon template is not new. It is exactly the same i had for more that 3 years old. So as i explain you before. Therefore i want the refund.

Hi, I hope Salon gets that update soon. In the other case i don't know that conversation link anymore. Maybe you can check/see the billing credentials. I placed it in hidden content. What i mean to say, if it is new and updated, i want to pay for it. No problem. But if it is old and not updated i can use my existing old purchase for the saloon template. What i have done; After contact with your selling i delete the existing template (so what i had). To make a fresh start with the new one. After installing the new one i saw it was exactly the same with the same versions what i had earlier. So my purchase was not necessarry. That's my point. Regards

However, If you only purchased the plan for Salon template then yes it was not needed, but if you wanted SP Page Builder Pro update also then it was needed.

Your subscription is a one-time payment. You will not need to renew later to keep using end-products. But if you need updates, support, and download access after the expiration, then you need to renew the subscription.

So it is a lifetime in terms of usage. If you have downloaded the product and kept it on your machine during your active subscription period, then you can use it even after the expiration of your subscription. You will find about what happens when your subscription runs out here:
