Error: 0 Undefined Variable $link_color

I would like your assistance regarding an error that appeared on our site.
I am sending you the URL: https://thewaroftherohirrim.platform.gr/index.php
The error occurred when I activated the Copyright in the footer, after which it displayed an error.
Could you please help us resolve this?

Please keep the option 'Compile SCSS to CSS' turned off. Here is a screenshot for your convenience: https://prnt.sc/IHvo1Lgnr0QB
Note: Path towards Compile SCSS to CSS(Joomla 4): System>Site Templates Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find Compile SCSS to CSS within the Advanced tab.

Thank you for your help!
I turned off the "Compile SCSS to CSS" option, but the appearance had changed. So, I had to select "Preset 1" in the Presets to restore it to how it was before. https://prnt.sc/KVYVdDfvxRuS
