Is there an Add-On that allows you to create a simple LINE to visually seperate two elements? If so, how can this be done?

Have you tried using the Divider addon? You can find the documentation here: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/divider

Yes, indeed you can use Divider addon, it has many useful options.
Or you can set bottom or top border for one of them.

inside Text addons , you can always add <hr> in HTML mode to divide long text blocks, JCE toolbar has that icon, TinyMCE probably too.
