Contact Form has Dissapeared!

Hi,
I mistakenly added another form on another page, (SP PAge builder cannot do this yet?) now my original form has dissapeared and I cannot get it back.

Accepted Answerappologies. it is on the contacr page, you will see the captcha question with nothing above it, yet in the editor you can see the block. this was a previously loaded form that was working.
