How to edit the navigation link at the bottom

Hi,
I have two problems that cannot be solved. One is how to edit the navigation button at the bottom, turn it off or display it. The second is how to set the webpages in three languages when opening the webpage by default in that language webpage, and why sometimes the webpages in different languages are opened when they are opened.
