In the form I have a check box set up The question for the person is: Will alcohol be part of your event yes no They would click on the check box. Is this the correct way to place it for the email body.

If you want to use Yes & No then you should select the radio field instead of checkbox. Thanks

I figured it out. The email address must be web based. I can't send to a personnel email address. Is there a way that can be fixed? Can I add more than one email address? To receive the information. Thanks
