Frontend Editor: No Content Displayed In Different Views

I have a problem with the frontend editor of SPPB4 Pro: When I open a page with the frontend editor, initially it is displayed correctly in laptop view. When I then change to another view (tablet view, mobile view ...), the display shows empty white content. Only header and footer of the webside keep displayed. Changing back to laptop view, the content area keeps empty, until I refresh the page. How can I solve this problem and work fully with the frontend editor?

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. I have checked your issue. When I create a new page, it seems fine on my end. It also works when you export that page and then import it. So you can do one thing: for the pages that do not work, you can export that page, then create a new page, and import that problematic page on that. It will work then. I have created a page on your site called the Test page. You can check it. I hope it will help you.

-Regards.

Hi, thank you for your answer. But: If I try to do so, the problem still exists. (For this I exported my page "60plus" and imported it in a new page, named "60plus2") Only with your Test page the Frontend Editor works without problems.

Then change the page name also and try again. Or create this pages again.

Hi, Mehtaz Afsana Borsha

Sorry, but this is not professional support. It sounds like a lottery. Try this, try that. Maybe with a bit of luck it will work. Don't make me laugh. Do you realise what kind of impression that leaves? Incompetence to the power of three.

Hi, now I won the jackpot of the lottery :-) I found the solution of the problem by myself: In some of the sections the basic value of "Fill columns" was set "ON". Now I put all at "OFF", an the Frontend Editor works.
