Quick Start Package Installation Error Message

I installed NestFund Template Quick Start Package on an empty server directory and ALWAYS get this message: 500 JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_LAYOUTFILE_NOT_FOUND

Any idea why this is happening?

I tried several times, cleaned the webspace and uploaded Template Quick Start Package again - same result.
