Configure stop in backgrund video

Hi,

I need to configure a backgroud video to freeze on the last frame, that is, I wanted to disable looping. Is it possible?

Hello Fernando,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To achieve this, check if row video background settings, you will see an option to disable looping. Here’s how you can proceed:

  1. Edit the Section/Row where you have the background video.
  2. Go to the Background Video Settings for that section.
  3. Look for a Loop option. If it’s enabled, disable it to prevent the video from looping.

Hey,

I understand Ziaul, but I'm trying to do this within a carousel item. Would it be possible? I can't find a button to control loop activation. See the image:

Hello Fernando,

For the carousel background, we recommend using an image rather than a video, although a video option is also available. To achieve the desired effect, I suggest using a slideshow addon, as it provides all the necessary control features.
