QuickStart Redirect To Installation/index.php After Installation

I have installer the NestFund quickstart template. After the installation typing www.mydomain.com it wil redirect automatically to www.mydomain.com/installation/index.php
The installation folder does not exists and it returns a 404 error.
manually typing www.mydomain.com/index.php the template works normally.
Any chance to get a solution for this problem?

Accepted AnswerTIP! Just Delete /installation folder (!) you don't need it anymore :]
And yes, problem can be caused by Server File Permission settings, and that's why Joomla couldn't delete that during last step. If you would search forum.joomla.org - there many topics from the past about installation of J1.x, 2.x, 3.x etc..
