Redirect To Installation, After Deleting Folder

Second attempt.
Once the installation is complete, and the installation folder is deleted, the site and control panel continue to redirect to the installation url. How can I try to solve the problem?
I tried with different quickstarts, Sql and websites. Always the same result.

- do you have the same problem installing raw Joomla ?
- Probably in your case configuration.php is not created during installation, why? I don't know.
Check if you have configuration.php file in root folder. If not, copy from different your Joomla installation (that works), and update database lines.

How do you know if it's broken or corrupted?

Accepted AnswerWhat about the answer (1) ?? Have you tried to install joomla 4.4.9 or Joomla 5.2 - if not do it.
In each QucikStart installer we used Joomla core installer, also it is not our own system, we just substitute the contents of the database.
(Q) Which Templates you tried so far, which one is your main goal?

Accepted AnswerPlease do it, this trial will give you the answer where the problem lies. Perhaps the answer is at forum.joomla.org already. Remember to clear whole folder before installing new Joomla.
