Date File Type Problem

Hello. I have a form builder here: https://spmlp.com/afiliacion/actualiza-tus-datos

In the "Fecha de nacimiento" is a Date File Type. When I put the year I can put more than 4 charaters. So is a problem. Please you can check it? Thank you very much.
