Thanks I habe already contacted them to disable it while back and habe contacted them again today for updated response which im sharing your review below.

Typically, such errors generate entries in our firewall log file, indicating why the request was blocked. However, I did not find any relevant logs, which is why I requested your personal IP address for further investigation at first.
Additionally, I tested disabling the entire firewall for your domain and attempted to make a change, but this did not resolve the issue. It appears that these requests are not being intercepted or blocked by our firewall.
Consequently, I have re-enabled the firewall protection, as it is a vital security layer for your website.
This issue may be originating from the plugin itself. I recommend contacting SP Page Builder support for further assistance. Please inform them that the server firewall was disabled, yet the issue persists.
They should be able to provide additional guidance. If they identify any server-side requirements, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist to the best of our ability.
